Pricing: Tickets to Your Healing Journey

  • Standard Session Rate: $150 for a 50-minute session (Individuals & Couples)
  • Sliding Scale: Offered based on income to support accessibility
  • Special Sliding Scale for Service Members: Available with appropriate ID
  • Superbills provided upon request
  • Insurances Accepted: Aetna, Anthem EAP, Ascension (SmartHealth), BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania and Quest Behavioral Health

Session Frequency: Setting the Rhythm of the Show

Sessions are by appointment only, available in person or through telehealth.

When beginning therapy, we enter a "getting to know the cast" phase. Weekly sessions for the first few weeks help build connection and establish your storyline. Together, we will clarify your goals and determine the pace that best supports your healing—whether that's weekly, every other week, or adjusting as your needs evolve.

As you approach "graduation" from therapy, we may shift to monthly check-ins. And even after your main act concludes, you are always welcome to return for tune-ups or support when life brings unexpected plot twists.
